The QC department of Gasheer has 4 experienced staff, who test strictly to provide high quality products to customers. Before production, inspectors control the quality of raw materials. According to the inspection standards of our company, they test the raw materials and finally make the inspection report to the relevant departments. In the production process, they monitor the production process. According to the company’s inspection standard and process procedures, quality inspectors test important processes of the production, the abnormal situation is timely feedback to the production department. Before we deliver our locks to the user, we will make sure our products are in compliance of quality standard.
So far we have get the quality assurance from CE, ROHS and FCC.
